Your offer is accepted, we review the purchase agreement and conditions. We coordinate the valuation inspection, technical inspection, check documents, and ensure everything is in order

We analyze the market, document, legal matters and advise on a competitive offer. We handle the communication with the selling agent and ensure your offer is strong, fair and well- supported.
